No Contact Delivery Policy
The health of our staff, customers and delivery recipients is of utmost importance to us. In response to recommendations from our State & Local authorities regarding COVID-19, we have implemented a No Contact Delivery policy until further notice. We don’t want to be impersonal, but we want to respect all social distancing needs! We will call first to tell you we are coming. Then, our driver will ring the bell and leave the flowers near the door. We will protect them as best we can from the elements, but please bring them inside quickly! For those of you who want to tip our driver, please add it to your order if you are the sender, or give us a call in the shop and we can take care of it over the phone. We will continue to evaluate this policy in light of the most current recommendations and mandates from public health officials and State & Local authorities.
Flower Policy
The photos you see on our website and social media pages are meant to be representative of the artistic arrangements you can expect to see from Andrew’s Garden. They are intended to inspire ideas rather than provide a catalog of choices. When you order from Andrew’s Garden, we will use the freshest flowers in season and create a custom arrangement just for you. It may have a similar look and feel to an arrangement you loved on our website, but it will always vary based on artistic license and in-season flowers. We love hearing from our clients that they always know an Andrew’s Garden arrangement right away. Our goal is to create exceptional, one-of-a-kind arrangements with the finest flowers sourced from all over the world. Substitution Policy
Andrew’s Garden sources premium blooms from around the world and we use only the freshest blooms available during any particular season. Due to the diverse nature of fresh flowers and the variety of regions from which they are grown and shipped, some variation in availability, size and color is expected and unavoidable. Flowers are also affected by weather, pests, disease, and even import inspections, that are beyond the control of Andrew’s Garden. If certain flowers are not available or, upon inspection by Andrew’s Garden, are not of a quality that meets our high standards, then we will substitute flowers of similar size, color, nature, quality, and value. If possible, Andrew’s Garden will attempt to notify you within a reasonable amount of time after becoming aware that any material variations exist or any substitutions must be made. We cannot guarantee flower availability, size or color.
Dance Flower Policy
Dance flowers from Andrew’s Garden are wildly popular! We recommend ordering flowers for homecoming, prom, daddy-daughter dances and other school events more than a week in advance. Dance flowers may be small, but they take a tremendous amount of time and skill to create. We also need to order the right sizes and colors of flowers well in advance of an event. In order to maintain our standards of quality and exceptional design for the large volume of custom corsages, boutonnières, and bouquets that we create for dance events, we may need to limit the number of orders we can accept for any particular day or weekend. We will do our best to coordinate with your color requests, but please remember that flowers have natural color variations that are beyond our control. We cannot guaranty specific flower availability, size or color. Please see our full Substitution Policy above. All dance flower orders must be paid in advance at the time of order. All of our dance flowers are custom-made to your specifications. During the 3 days prior to and including the pickup date for your order, we cannot guaranty that we will be able to accommodate changes to your order. We may not have specific colors or varieties of flowers on hand at the last minute, or your items may have already been created. Since we must often turn customers away after reaching capacity for a particular date, we will provide a refund in the form of a store credit if you must cancel an order prior to the items being made. If the items have already been made at the time you notify us of cancellation, then the order is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding during dance weekends since they are some of our busiest times of the year.
Return Policies
Fresh Flowers
We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our flowers and our customer service. All feedback is encouraged. Fresh flowers and plants are perishable, natural products that will react to the environment. Care instructions will accompany each floral delivery and proper care is necessary to maintain freshness. If the recipient has followed the care instructions and there is still an issue with our flowers, please contact us immediately so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. We will ask you to send us a clear photo of the bouquet that was received. Our management team will review your comments and get back to you as quickly as possible. Since flowers and plants are perishable, all sales are non-refundable. However, if we are notified of a problem with our flowers within 24 hours of delivery, we will offer a store credit or delivery of a replacement arrangement on the next convenient date for the recipient. We will pick up the original arrangement at the time of a replacement delivery. This policy is subject to special consideration by our management team.
Potted Plants & Orchids
Potted plants and orchids are perishable and are not returnable or refundable. We are happy to discuss recommended plant care for your plant when you are in the shop, or you may call us with questions. We also recommend searching for detailed care instructions online or purchasing a plant care book that references your plant or orchid.
Non-Perishable Gift Items
We seek out unique, artisan gifts for Andrew’s Garden that are often handmade, one-of-a-kind, or seasonal items. Non-perishable gift items may be returned for a store credit within 14 days with a receipt or gift receipt so long as they are free of damage and remain in new and unused condition. We reserve the right to sell some seasonal or clearance items as “final sale” and not returnable. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS (MARKED RED OR YELLOW) SOLD AT ANY SIDEWALK SALE ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT RETURNABLE.
